Seddon Cricket Club played against Auckland Maori today at Cornwall Park, Auckland.

The purpose of this game was to play our part in supporting and promoting Maori cricket.

Plenty of young talent were given the opportunity to represent Seddon Cricket Club. The toss was won by captain, Leighton Parsons, and he elected to bat first on what was a very good batting pitch.

Seddon Cricket Club, scored 331 for 5 in 50 overs.

Unfortunately, the weather had the final say and the game was abandoned during the innings break after a lengthy period of rain.
